Weeknight dinner goodness…

Pioneer Women beef with snow peas for dinner tonight.  Try it sometime, you’ll like it.  Plus it’s super easy and quick for a weeknight.

    Hey I tried that recipe this week too!!! I used mixed veggies (from a bag) instead of snow peas, and it was good! Did you find that you used every pot in the kitchen or was that just me? Holy moly the kitchen was a wreck afterwards...
